pain on the neck!

last week was my craziest week that gave me a neck pain. Actually, me and some friends teasing each other with a girl who was looking to us (we are about 6) while we play drummania in NCCC mall Timezone. We are laughing, jab each others back and accidentally my karatedo friend chop me at the neck and that cause the pain.

during the chop I really felt that my back neck snap. I do not know if it is the bone or just some vein at my neck that snapped.

after I say "stupid! and sakit nun" ("stupid! that hurts") and my neck numb all night! so, I decided not to use pillow while sleeping to correct it (if it is really break or something) first morning that was a relief, the pain was gone after a few neck exercise. But during at work, I usually take a nap during my lunch break, I forgot the problem but instead I just lean on a wall then take a nap. Before I stood, that was the really pain on my neck. It snap again and the breaking feeling was intense that I thought my neck breaks to it.

so, I went to a barber shop to ask for some help. `coz, I observe, after a haircut they twist your head/neck and I really feel my stress gone. so, I ask them to help me paying the same amount for a normal haircut. But they refuse, instead they give me a massage, and that makes my neck more painful hahahahah...

after the session, the pain gone and my neck really feels the relief. hehehe ^^v

Goodwill?

Last night, before we closed the shop. while cleaning I notice a black nokia 5300 beside the PC monitor.

At first I was wondering how come? coz, it so happen that after a girl log-off on that PC, I immediately went to place and fix up. So, what comes on my mind that, theres no other costumer who log-on on that PC.

will I keep it or will I search the girl (as if she is outside looking for it too) hmmm... But i choose to keep it.

Right after I shot off the lights, someone knocked at the door and she yell that her cellphone left at the shop. so, I get the cellphone, open the door and gave it to her. Surprisingly,I didn't notice that she was my crush "blush" ^^

During my college life, my mindset is to finish my course and pursue for a career. As if, it is the easiest task that I can really handle but financial crisis came and my college life was ended. I stop for that kind of reason, at first it was easy to accept and happy to have free life!

that time, I entered work. from a car wash boy to a fast food crew, that was my happy life ^^. I encountered many type of personalities. From a boastful to a really too kind person, I really mingle with them talking some topics while working. I gain friends out of it, I gain trust from our costumers, I gain confidence to talk to others.

while doing those tasks, I realize, sometimes that I really need a proper education. well, education is everywhere, anywhere that you can actually learn outside of schools but i was convince that I need it, we need it for the reason of a specialization of expertise. pursuing career and making it pass is a key of not only the success but the out world confidence that you can handle that career and proudly share to others.

The Graduates of 2008!

School year end for some schools here in Davao. New graduates from high schools to colleges.
A new beginning for high schoolers who will enter college for there career, and a new challenge for colleges to practice there profession to a work/job.

Good old days

"Good friends are meant to keep" that was my good friend jeNNy told before she went Manila for a call center job. Jenny was my brigde towards my 1st girlfriend, my ex-girlfriend. She always give me advice of what to do `coz at that time I was immature "torpe" to confront my feelings.

Well, late high school life we almost see each other during lunch time or break. I always tag along with jenny for my GOOD intention to my girl ^^ and I turns my faith into her hands. Her name is Christine (what a sacred name).

and now, this coming April 29, jeNNy will be home to Davao after a year of contract ^^. I am happy also `coz we will meet again with a bunch of talks heehee ^^

Summer Time

Summer time indeed. The time, most family spend there summer in a beach, eating halo-halo or going out of town to spend vacation.

This hot season, we must protect our skin. Protecting it with the help of lotion or a sun cream. This may prevent skin irritation, sun burn and the worst is skin cancer. Not only those can be useful during this hot days, you can also use umbrellas, hats, and to protect your eyes wear sun glasses.

Be alarmed, whiter skin are prone to this. white skin have less protection to Ultraviolet light (radiation comes from the sun) than the darker ones.

So guys, spending summer, remember to protect your self to this harmful hot season. Don't rush to much going out without any precautions and spend your summer with your family ^^
